$75 per man, per hour — clock starts when our crew arrives on-site, not when we leave our shop. No travel time charges, no fuel fees, no trip charges.
Area minimums apply based on your location. We provide a clear written estimate before we start so there are no surprises. Crew size and hours can be adjusted to fit your job — a 2-hour apartment unload needs a different crew than a full-day house load.

Norman Loading & Unloading: OU Campus & Apartment Specialists
Norman has its own set of moving challenges — and we know all of them. Loading only means we come to your current location and load your rental truck or container. Unloading only means we meet you at the destination and bring everything in. Both means we do the full labor at both ends. You only pay for actual on-site time at each location — these can even be booked on different days if needed.
Yes — dollies, hand trucks, furniture straps, moving blankets, ramps, and floor protection come with every crew. You don’t need to supply anything.
We require a 2-man minimum for safety and efficiency. Most studio and 1-bedroom apartment jobs are handled by a 2-man crew in 1.5–2 hours. Larger homes or heavier items (safes, pianos, appliances) may benefit from a 3-man crew — we’ll recommend the right size when you call.
